Yes you can easily get that but for that you have to score a very good rank in the GATE exam as there are approximately 12k aspirants who compete for the same every year.

You need to qualify JEE Advanced and after that, you need to appear for AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test, for IITs). If you qualify that, you can proceed for B.Arch in IITs.
