The basic eligibility for admission in a bachelor's degree is successfully completing higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry. Admissions are usually done through entrance examinations. However, it is always advisable to get in touch with the institute to get the exact details about the admission procedure as admission process and eligibility vary from institute to institute. For seeking admissions in IITs, it is mandatory to clear JEE Advance.

At present, it can't be said about cutoff. But, you must know that IIT - Kharagpur is under top 4 IIT. So, aim high, you will definitely score high.

As far as I know, to get admission in B. Arch in IIT - Kharagpur you have to clear JEE advanced first and then clear the B. Arch paper conducted after the results are out and not through NATA.

IIT Roorkee offers admission on the basis of Architecture Aptitude Test which was conducted on June 21, 2015.
Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2015 is an architecture entrance exam for admission into IITs into the 5 years undergraduate B.Arch Course.
Eligibility for Architecture Aptitude Test: Only those candidates who would have given B. Arch program (available at IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee) as one of their choices while filling their choices online will be eligible to write AAT.
Moreover you have to clear JEE Advanced also. To Appear in JEE Advanced you should have cleared JEE Main paper 1.
