The least competitive course is M.Sc. in Mathematics with a cutoff rank of 201. So, candidates seeking admission to any of the MSc courses must secure a rank up to 201 to be eligible for IIT Madras. IIT Madras admission to the MSc course is based on IIT JAM scores, followed by the IIT JAM counselling process.
