Course admissions for IIT Madras are now being accepted for a variety of undergraduate and graduate degrees starting in 2024. A full-time MBA programme is available at IIT Madras under the Department of Management Studies (DoMS). Admission to the MBA programme at IIT Madras is determined by a candidate's CAT score and performance in the institute's five-city PI round. Defence personnel and IIT graduates with a CGPA of 8 or more, however, are excluded from the CAT scores. IIT Madras publishes the qualifying cut-off and shortlisting standards that are specific to the institute each year, using them to determine which qualified applicants are admitted.
