Hello there!
Please note that when it comes to requesting transcripts from IIT Madras, it's essential to understand the institute's policies and guidelines. As you know that, transcripts are official documents that reflect your academic record, and therefore their integrity and accuracy must be protected. One of the ways IIT Madras ensures this is by requiring all outstanding fees to be cleared before issuing transcripts.
This policy is in line with many educational institutions worldwide that prioritize ensuring that students fulfill all their financial obligations before providing them with official documentation. This ensures that students receive their transcripts in good faith, with the institution being certain that there are no financial or academic issues that could impact the accuracy of the transcript.
# If you have an outstanding fees at IIT Madras and need to request a transcript, the first step is to clear your outstanding dues. Once your dues are settled, you can then apply for a transcript through the institute's official website or by visiting the administration office in person. If you're applying online, you'll need to fill out the application form, pay the required fees, and provide any necessary supporting documents.
If you're applying in person, you'll need to submit a written request for a transcript, pay the required fees, and provide any necessary supporting documents. It's essential to ensure that all the required details and documents are accurate and complete, as this could impact the processing time of your request. It's worth noting that the processing time for transcript requests varies, and it could take several days or weeks to receive your transcript, depending on the volume of requests and the accuracy of the information provided. Therefore, it's advisable to plan your request well in advance to avoid any delays or last-minute complications.
# If you have outstanding fees and cannot settle them immediately, you may be able to explore alternative options, such as negotiating a payment plan with the institute's administration office. This option allows you to clear your outstanding fees gradually and may enable you to request a transcript once you've made some progress in paying off your dues.
# Another alternative is to appeal to the institute's administration office and explain your situation. If you have a legitimate reason for not being able to pay your fees, such as a family emergency or sudden financial hardship, the institute may be willing to make an exception and provide you with a transcript even with outstanding fees.
It's important to note that while exceptions are rare, it's essential to approach the administration office with respect and professionalism. Explain your situation clearly and politely and provide any supporting documentation that may help your case.
All in all, requesting a transcript from IIT Madras with outstanding fees may be challenging, but it's not impossible. It's essential to prioritize settling your outstanding fees first and then applying for a transcript through the institute's official channels. If you're unable to settle your outstanding fees, explore alternative options or appeal to the administration office while keeping in mind the policies and guidelines of the institute.
I hope this helps.

Aerospace Engineering is all about aircrafts, rockets, and spacecrafts also. It is a very big field. Basically there are four sub branches in aerospace engineering in which you can specialize. Aerodynamics, structures, control systems and propulsion. So as per you interest that you'll develop while you will be completing your degree you can chose one and specialize in that field. Talking about employment opportunities, I would say that there is not much scope (there are but not at a very large scale) in India. You have to be really good at whatever you are pursuing and you'll land up getting a good job in that field. You can always apply in foreign countries wherein you can get good and highly paid jobs, but then there are people who will nag you about the same. If you get a job of your profile and a decent enough salary in India why would you ever go out of India. There are recent developments and there's a hope that the aerospace industry will grow in India. All the best!
