Around 78% of students were placed in IIT ROORKEE in the metallurgy branch. You can change branches in IIT Roorkee it will be based on 1st year CPI. The average package of IIT Roorkee is 20lakh and the maximum offer was around 1.2cr last year.

It also depends on your situation. If you are currently working in a good position which require good amount of time commitment then EMBA would be more beneficial. If you can give time for 2 years then IIT Roorkee MBA. Best wishes.
