You have to appear for JEE Mains 2 exam and get under 3k rank to get any of the colleges. Good luck.

5 years ago I got 150marks in NATA exam and 93%in board so I can get admission into IIT Roorkee.

Hi Pavan, you need to appear in the entrance exam conducted by IIT's to get admission in IIT, Roorkee for Bachelor of Architecture courses. You should apply for that exam also and score good in the same. Best of luck.

Hi Tejwant,
You will get admission in any of the IIT if you qualify JEE Advance exam otherwise you can't get admission in this college. This score in the board is sufficient.

There is very less chance to get this college. At least you have to get 99+ percentile for getting this.

Not possible. In order to get admission in IITs you need to clear JEE Mains and JEE Advanced then only you can get admission in any of the IITs.
