In my opinion, you should opt for mechanical engineering in IIT-Indore because IIT-Indore has experienced mechanical engineering faculty members and good course curriculum.

Both the IIT's are good, but in my opinion IIT-Bombay is better than IIT-Roorkee, because IIT-Bombay provides good quality of faculty members with good course curriculum.

IIT-Roorkee has good placements. The choice, of course, is solely based on your interest.
