Hi there,
Well, you have good placement opportunities after completing a law course from IMS law college Noida. The IMS group has some corporate firms which go upto 100 in numbers as their top recruiters which makes prospect for law graduates better as they get a chance to be considered for recruitment there. However, the college lies in NCR region thus face tough competitions in terms of recruitments and placements.
Even then you have good prospects in corporate firms if not law firms as they do not have law firms as their top recruiters. So chances there get lessened. However, you have options to choose amongst the number of corporate firms.
Also, beside campus placement, you have an advantage of NCR region wherein you can make your prospects better by internships and experiences thereby making a good CV.
A good CV shall help you in law firms as well.

Hi,
First of all, I think the fact that IMS Law College is comparatively new and a private college gives an edge to Faculty of law, Allahabad University which is a centralised government university. Now, let us discuss pros and cons of both colleges. Pros of Faculty of law, Allahabad University are the faculty and alumni basis which includes many chief justice of India and prominent lawyers. Another pro is the fact that you can intern with some phenomenally well lawyer in Allahabad high court and if you are going for litigation, it can be a good choice. However, the placements of Allahabad University are not really encouraging since it has started 5 year integrated course recently. Moreover, the red tapism is too much in centralised university and autonomy to student body is restricted. Now, coming to IMS Noida, which is among few private university focusing on moots, debates and other co-curricular activities which is a major pro of it. Another pro is the fact that it is in NCR and many good firms are established in NOIDA unlike the case of Allahabad University. The alumni is almost negligible and the high court internship can be tiresome owing to distance issues. Overall, it is upon your preferences whether you want a government university or a university promoting activities other than academic excellence.
Good luck.

I think KIIT University is good for its engineering course but not for BBA. So you can go for IMS, Noida. But see after all it is just a BBA degree so don't expect much from it. You will have to go for MBA after doing BBA from anywhere. The process to attempt for MBA/ CAT/ IIM is as follows. Be open about applications. Do not give the only CAT, even if you are very good academically. An above-average student must give CAT, XAT, IIFT, NMAT and SNAP. An average and below average student must give MAT and CMAT also. Remember, you are not only investing your money but also your time and efforts. Better try for IP University or Delhi University for BBA program. B.com(Hons) is also a good option if you are from the commerce background and looking forward to a career in management.

IMS Law college is far better than any other College in Delhi-NCR. It is the first college with integrated degree for BALLB and all faculty are experienced.

IMS Law College is good college. And there is a moot court facility in the college. You can come and visit the campus. Fee of girls' hostel is justified, because the facilities of the hostel are excellent.
