Min eligiblity criteria to join any Flying Training Institute to become Pilot in India is Physics and Maths as subjects in 10+2 board examination. If you meet this criteria then you are eligible to become Pilot.

To become a Commercial Pilot, you require subjects of Physics and Maths at 10+2. If you have these subjects in 10+2, you are eligible to join Flying Training Institute to obtain CPL license even after B.Sc Aviation.

First, clear your 12th PCM with good grades and minimum of 50% with physics and Maths. After that, you can contact flying clubs like Bombay Flying Club, Carver Aviation for further process.
