Yes, you can pursue any one of these courses. So, you can apply for admission. I would suggest you do aeronautical engineering.

From what you have said, this course does not appear to be of engineering Graduation. But it's a course about aircraft maintenance leading to graduation and most importantly, enabling the student to obtain license from DGCA.
