minimum 60% marks in 10th ,12th and graduation for general category. (55% for backward castes) CAT percentile for PGD

Your chances seem quite decent. I would suggest you use Shiksha's Call Predictor to get a better idea of what different CAT percentiles would do for your chances to get a call. By the way, NITIE and IIM A, B and C are quite different. NITIE has a much stronger focus on operations while IIMs don't focus at all on operations (even the roles in operations are quite limited).
