Dear AdityaA standalone course in makeup artistry could take a month or two. Usually, they are part of a cosmetology school's curriculum. Becoming a licensed cosmetologist can take about eight months if you attend school full-time. Thank You!

Dear Sanjay,
An MBA in Human Resource Management may well be the next best thing in the job industry as it is aimed at optimizing employee performance in order to bring about greater profit for the company. It focuses on training employees to deal with customers, hiring, managing payments, establishing a good relationship between employer and employee and a host of other things, the knowledge of which helps take a company from being average to being at the top.
What is the course is all about?
Since this area is geared toward creating an optimum relationship between everyone to bring in more money, the main courses that students will be trained in, include Laws of Industrial Relations, Basics of HR Management, Fundamentals of Industrial Relationships, Labour laws, Ways of Improving Performance in Employees, Employee Empowerment, Grievance Addressal and Management and Appraisal of Employees. Basically, the cultural, economic and social factors that play a role in influencing customer relations are addressed in this course.
Coming to institutions, you may well choose LPU
It has earned the credentials with a unmatched focus on developing the intellectual capital over the last decade and a half.
Right from developing the curriculum in consultations with the industry to internship, projects, consultancies, entrepreneurship opportunities, pro bono community projects, competitions, student organizations, massive student diversity, unique experiential learning pedagogy. and so on ! All are the result of bigtime investments on intellectual capital.
No wonder NIRF and ATAL, the government agencies have ranked LPU among the top 50 B-Schools in the country where most of the others in the same league have decades old legacy.
So, yes, it is absolutely pennywise to pursue your MBA in every stream that you want from LPU !
