No, IIPH- Gandhinagar is not under CUET.CUET refers to common entrance test, but in IIPH - Gandhinagar admission is not under CUET. The admission process happens only if the student fullfills the eligiblity criteria. The students won't be admitted here by their CUET ranks but by their personal academic excellence & who fullfills the eligiblity criteria according to IIPH university. 

The Master of Hospital Administration programme at the Indian Institute of Public Health (IIPHG) in Gandhinagar, India, is a two-year, full-time program.The curriculum includes teaching theoretical subjects along with some practical experiments, case studies, group discussion, assignments, seminars, field visits, etc., which helps students not only in theory but also with some practical experience.
