For admission in CSE in any of the IIT you need to achieve rank below 1000. This only will give you semblance of chance for fructification of your dream.

If you have opted for Diploma after your 10th, then unfortunately, you cannot get admission in IITs or for that matter any engineering college admitting students based on JEE Mains since eligibility is passing 12th with 75 percent marks. However, almost every state government has established procedure for admitting students directly in the second year of engineering. You will have to search in your own state for graduation.
