Average rating of this institute

Placements: I don't have any idea of students got placed in my course but approximately it's 70-80%. The highest package is of 10-20 lpa and the lowest if from 3-4 lpa. Wipro and many more companies come for placement. I don't know percentage of students getting internship.
Placements: In our college 10 to 15 % of students placed in IT as well as mechanical companies and these companies offer 15000 to 18000 k. In our college, there were companies like sanmar, finolex, American axle, vanderlande, etc. The annual package offered by those companies is 1.5 to 1.8 lac.
Placements: The college provides very poor placement opportunities for civil engineering, as it is a new course in our college. However, there are placements for other branches. Companies don't know about this college, so after the completion of your course, you have to search for a job on your own. I didn't get any placement opportunities, but I was placed on my own before final exams.
Placements: When it comes to placement the college is decent with providing opportunities but in the end it is upto you how you convert the call into final placement. The companies come to campus but if you are good with coding and aptitude then you will be able to crack it easily.
Placements: At the time of completion of engineering, only 2 or 3 students were placed, and the rest of them had to attend pool campus and do C-DAC courses. Only 10 or 11 students were placed from the senior batch also. Overall, the placements were not that good even after paying a fee of 1 lac per annum. The college did not invite many companies for placements.
Placements: The placements are not to the expectations as they say while taking admissions. There are no on-campus placement drives organised, and you are sent to the off-campus drives for placements. They put no efforts to place students. They take help from the consultancy where the students from their classes or the consultancy are preferred the most.
Placements: Placements for computer are better, and for other branches are like, okay types. You make your place though, cause Placement cell does its work. If you have better marks and have one more option to choose, go for that option. You also need better English to get placed.
Placements: Compared to the previous four years, the placements on the campus are better at present. Most of the students got placed with satisfying salary packages. The companies like Xoriant and Amazon visited the campus to conduct placements. If you're a worthy student, then the placements on the campus are not at all a problem for getting placed, and that's what we believe.
Placements: The placements were good. Many students got placed with an average package. The placements are much better even if the students have an average academic record. Placing huge crowd with an average academics is always not an easy job. But still, we have given much more opportunities. Many companies visited this year.
Placements: The placements are good, but the only thing to be improved is the students focus on engineering to build their future which is a great deal. The college placement facility tries to organise students' internal placement activities and makes them a great engineer in a way that they can crack all placement drives.
Placements: TNP tried, but they need to do something more. Nowadays, there are many candidates, who are passing out every year, but the jobs are not sufficient. The college needs to start training in the second year, means the candidate can get ready for the placements in his final year. The college tries to bring the technical jobs organisation.
Placements: Indira College of Engineering & Management guarantees only those placements to the students who have aggregate 60% score in all the engineering semesters. For those students who have scored less percentage, the placement is rare. The students who have scored more than 60% in all the semesters will have 90% chance of getting placed. The average salary offered was 2.5 lakhs per annum. The roles offered were a buiseness analyst, software engineer only and some of the roles for marketing too.
Placements: The placements are not that great, but I assure that one can get the good opportunity for the placement. At my placement duration, 4-5 core company like Force Motors, Hyundai Heavy Construction Equipment, GKN Sinter Metals, Sanmar, Alliance Tire Group, etc., visited the campus. The placement department provides the opportunity for the mechanical students in the non-technical field. There were about 3-4 non-technical organisations.
Placements: The placements were pretty bad since we did not get many core mechanical companies for the placements except for two or three. The companies which visited were Neilsoft, ATG Tyres, JK Tyres, Everest, Pubmatic, Vanderlande, one for the merchant navy out of which only 2 recruited for the technical background rest everyone for either sales or other profile which were commercial. The package was offered up to 3.0 to 3.2 LPA. The companies with technical profile and for non-technical offered above 4....
Placements: Good Placement, there are 50+ on campus companies. The college gives training for placements, how to crack aptitude and interview questions. It's a good college that provides good placement activities for students. The training and placement coordinator always helps students to get placed.
Placements: Placement is good but no core companies visited. Almost 35% students were placed. Placement cell tries the best for students. The highest salary is 5.5 LPA and the lowest is 3.0 LPA. The average salary is 3.5 LPA. Companies that visited - Harbinger, Dfarm, ZS Component, Amura, Tibco, Syntel etc. There are two students who got an internship offer with a rupees 12000 stipend.
Placements: The college is average in terms of placements. The placement cell was able to get more than ten companies for every course available there. Not many multinational companies are involved in the college's placement procedure. An average number of students get selected for an internship from the college.
Placements: Not as good as students' expectations. In mechanical branch, only 3-4 students got placed in our batch. Last time 15-20 students get placed from mechanical branch. Placements in our college are average. Hope that college will improve its placements section.
Good: Infrastructure Maintenance, Faculty members, Transport to all areas in Chennai Bad: No placements, Canteen, food was bad Need to improve: Canteen facilities, Faculty members, Cultural Sports, Hostel facilities give more importance to students feelings Fees should be minimized.
