See, it depends on the location you are comfortable with. If you want to stay in Mumbai then go for Chetana, MET or IES. Else if, you want to stay in Pune then you can always choose Indira because colleges you mentioned for Mumbai are almost e

Both colleges have approximately same state of placement, the min. package offered is 3.5 LPA and max is 5.6 LPA and can stretch up-to 8 LPA. The difference here is location which depends upon the pursuer.

I won't recommend Durgadevi Saraf,
Indira has higher fee, though the placement is average ROI is very low for Indira.
Try for Met MMS, Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute, SIES, Lala, etc.
