PGDM is a PG Diploma in management. It's a Diploma course of 1-year. MBA is Masters in business administration and it's a full 2-year course. Both are good at their level.

BA / B.Sc with minimum 2 papers in Maths of the University of Mumbai or at least 3 papers in Maths from other University. If you have this educational qualification, then you can get into M.Sc mathematics.
