You can wait for your rank to come out. You can try to estimate your rank from previous years data given on many websites. Don't have high hopes. 30 is not a good score so it will be difficult to get admission in the good colleges. If you don't want to pursue engineering then go for any honours course, but if you are confident that you want to pursue engineering then you can sit and study for a year and then retake the WBJEE. Don't get disillusioned and find a good mentor who can guide you, not a tuition teacher but a mentor.
You won't get in any of the good colleges in West Bengal this time and the colleges which will take are not worth the effort. Don't lose hope though.
