Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. The admission of candidates to the courses offered by IEM Kolkata is done on the basis of scores obtained in the IEM Joint Entrance Exam (IEMJEE). For admission to the B.Tech programme, the selection is done through IEMJEE scores and Admission to the M.Sc programme is through JAM/ PGET/ IEMJEE scores. For MBA, admissions are done on the basis of rank secured in CAT/JEMAT or IEMJEE. The shortlisted students have to appear for counseling. Final selection is based on the performance in the GD, PI and counseling rounds.

Hi there, I am sure IEM is a good university. I am sure programs at IEM would be good. I would like to add that the B Tech CSE programme is one programme that LPU is known for. Well-tailored course content to meet the global industrial needs, good faculty, and state-of-the-art facilities have left many NITs far behind. The B Tech CSE programme primarily deals with the development as well as designing of computer software and hardware processes with a strong focus on courses related to algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software, databases, operating systems, computer networking, etc. That are needed to build and solve problems using computers
The curriculum taught here is of international standard. One gets to learn from foreign and industry experts. There are provisions of international credits in some programs where a student gets an opportunity to go abroad to study. Highlights
