From the information that I have gathered it seems that lateral admission in Dibrugarh University is given based on the marks obtained in either the Diploma in Engineering or in B.Sc. Choosing a university is a big decision and a very difficult task, as our career depends upon that. Both the universities are doing equally good but I would rather choose LPU, not these. There are several reasons for the same. To commence with the curriculum, all the subjects you are going to study, their syllabus is designed keeping in mind the industry demands and the syllabus is vetted by company officials. Different specializations are offered to students depending upon the stream they want to opt for. For example- In CSE, they offer cybersecurity, IoT, data Science, machine learning, and many more. Moreover, they give you the option for pathway elective that whether you want to be in the corporate sector, higher studies, Government Job, or entrepreneur. In addition to it, the classes you have to attend regularly. They did not compromise with the academics of the students. If any faculty is on leave, the classes are either adjusted or makeup lectures are planned. The University also provides the option of credit transfer and international exposure to its students. If I talk about the placements, the preparation for placements starts from the very first year. Many top recruiters visit the LPU campus to employ graduates, such as Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Bosch, TCS, and several other firms. Recently, a girl got placed at a package of 42 LPA. Moreover, Amazon recruited LPU students with 30 LPA. More than 700 companies visit LPU every year for recruitment with an average package of 6-10 LPA. Every year visiting companies escalate in number and till date University has recorded the highest placements in North India. So, you should choose LPU for pursuing B.Tech (CSE). Thanks.

IET is one of the best college in Delhi NCR. In terms of placement also. The faculty of piet is too good with great knowledge. They are a type of mentors to us who guide us to right path. The infrastructure of piet is too good. Not for B.Tech its a good college for all branches. The facilities they provide. Every year a new course is introduced to buckle up our skills. Technical and non-technical events r organized most of the time in a year.

Seats available for Direct Admission to the Second Year of Engineering are 20% of the sanctioned intake of 60 seats for every branch Civil, Electronics and Telecommunication and Information Technology and 120 seats for Computer Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

Admission is througt the GLAET which you have to qualify and for that you must have at least 50%in your 12th for normal b-tech Cse but in case of specialization (AI/ML) You must have at least 60%in 12th to be eligible .For Fee structure you can refer the link below:-
