It's an excellent college for commerce students for almost every technology course available.Placements: Placements are amazing here. If you have some extra skills, then you will definitely grab a job very easily with a decent salary package of around 7 LPA-8 LPA.Infrastructure: All necessary facilities are available for our course. Medical and sports facilities are also amazing. Overall, there is a good infrastructure. The quality of food served is average not only for our course but also for all departments.Faculty: All the tutors and other staff members here are very helpful and cooperative. The quality of education provided is also very good with a pragmatic approach. The curriculum is also fine, but the exams are not very challenging for students. Avanthi's St. Theressa Institute of Engineering and Technology (ASTIET) is known in the state of Andhra Pradesh because it is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Kakinada and AICTE-approved. Since 1991, this institution offers various types of courses for engineering. So, it is famous among the students of that region.However, in spite of this, while being an established institution with a good reputation locally, this institution is lesser known compared to more widespread institutions. The degree recognition is mainly regional, and the class quality and infrastructure depend on the concentration of the programme and department. Applicants who are looking forward to pursuing their education here should at least look for reviews of specific programs and what their alumni have to say.

This is one of the best colleges I've ever seen. Completing my education, now I am working in IT company through campus placement. So I would like to say thanks to the management & staff members of SKIET. Their is high qualified faculty members and are very supportive and helpful. Hostel facilities are also very good. Thank you SKIET and other staff members who helped me so much in every situation.Other: There are many events held on a weekend like Poetry competition, Sloan competition. Fest is organized after six months. The campus crowd is superb and internet connectivity is good throughout the campus. Various scholarships are given to the SC/ST candidates. Extracurricular activities like sports meet held after three months.
