Yes, you can get foreign placements from the top IHMs. There are a few hospitality companies, like fast food service companies or certain hotel chains, that may come to the campus for recruitment. Having said that, international brands like Hilton, Starbucks, DYSON, JW Marriott, Accor Hospitality Group, and Hyatt do come for recruitment during campus placements for their job openings in India. All of these businesses are based in one of the UAE's emirates. That is as far as campus placements from abroad go, but you can certainly apply to hotels and restaurants across the globe by yourself.
