If you are applying for central government IHMs, all will be having a similar fee structure and all State IHMs have same fee structure, but Central government IHMs charge higher fees than state level IHMs.

Yes, you can go for Diploma in food production or F&B services. The fees is less than 1.5 lacs.

No, you can't you have to give the exam for hotel management again NCHMCT and clear it. You cannot have a Diploma degree and join B.Sc course as second year.

NCHMCT JEE exam can be write after passing class 12th or appearing in class 12th in respective year of NCHMCT JEE. Hence, you can write the NCHMCT JEE in next year i.e. 2020.

Yes, they do offer Diploma in culinary arts. You should be under this condition (Successful completion of HSC (class 12th of 10+2 pattern) or equivalent qualification with English, as one of the subject in the Final of the School Examinations)

For getting admitted in top most IHM, you must need a rank above 2000 in IH-Bangalore. But, in Mumbai and Delhi, you must need a rank above 500.
