I would suggest to you LD. You will get the freedom into study, whatever you want to learn- new technology or thing apart from your engineering syllabus, you can get time in LD. While in Nirma, only concentration is on engineering syllabus. You will also have to follow their culture and just follow the engineering syllabus. I suggest you for future job or businesses. You must have your own inner talent, during the engineering, 100% your inner talent is grown but for that, you need a TIME and that will. You can get into LD not in Nirma. One more factor is fee structure. Nirma is having more than one Lacs rupees fee, on other hand LD - only fifteen hundred rupees.

Start with reading newspaper daily as it will really help you in current affairs. Don't go with mugging up everything like every short cut in maths and all. Just try to understand the concept then only you will be able to handle your entrance questions. Keeping up with a general knowledge will help you to get a good score in entrance exam .
Exam tip: Don't set a target. Attempt only those questions in which you are confident. Attempting 80% exam doesn't mean you will earn good marks as there will be negative marking also and instead of getting good marks you will end up loosing marks.

For 2018-2019 (first year), the fee is 2,33,400 INR which includes one-time deposits, tuition fees and alumni association fees, etc. Nirma University doesn't have its own hostel, so you have to take private hostel or PG which will cost you from 1,00,000 to 2,00,000 per annum, depending upon the hostel/PG. So minimum total expenses per annum will be around 3,50,000 to 4,50,000 rupees.

I have got 64 marks in CLAT but 93% in 12th. Does Nirma University consider class 12th marks for admission?

No, they take only on the basis of merit in CLAT and on NRI quota.
