Among these two, I would recommend you to go for NDIM as the placements, faculty and infrastructure is better than IMS-Ghaziabad.
Also, I would suggest you look for some other colleges as well. You can also try for admission in Bhartividya Bhawan's Usha Laxmi which is in CP. It is a very good college in terms of faculty and ROI.

If you are in search of cire finance jib profile rather than banking field sales/unsought financial product sales job think Xime blore,NLDalmia,IPE bankungbfinance,IIRM hydrbd risk mangement ,xime kochi ,NIBM Pune .Here both colleges are almost average same even the location is almost same, you should give a next effort to CAT or take a LinkedIn tour or Shiksha alumni chat to find the alumni of your favorite field and get and idea about job sustainability and average in hand salary. Do not rush behind the CTC or the annual package as this is not in your hand salary. Be sure before investment. Check always which job prfoile is your cup of tea and which can be provided by by college's placement officer as 100% placement does not make any sense without job stability .

The training and placement unit of the institute is responsible for providing world class job opportunities to the undergraduate and postgraduate students after graduation for suitable jobs in the industry and various private and public sector organizations. No institute can guarantee you placements. It's just purely based on how you utilize your abilities and skills at the right time. I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers.

See, it totally depends upon student to student. Package is not the issue in IMS. The CRC team helps the students to get a job in the area in which they are good. In the batch 2016-2017, 5 students got selected in amazon with a package of Rs 14 lakhs and we have Neilson, Amul,Nestle, Capital IQ, Asian Paints, Colagate, Redington, Deloitte, E&Y, Copal Amba as our recruiter. So sometimes, a student have to compromise with package but then they have a good brand in their hand.
