As per your marks your chances are nil, last year closing marks for CSE is 256 and of ECE is 231.

To get admission in IIIT Hyderabad Well scoring for civil engineering Changes every year but I'd say a score over 280 or around it confirms a seat for you.
To get in UPES, you will have to score good IN UPESEAT exam.
