The Distance/Correspondence B.E/BTech programs are not valid as per AICTE and UGC norms for employment purpose. Hence never be pursue. You may go with B.E/BTech lateral entry programs for best employment opportunities.

Just make sure that the institution or the university from which you intend to do your PG by distance education is having all the required statutory permissions.

BTech in distance mode is not recognized so it is difficult to say that you can be admitted to an M Tech.
