CAT exam needs a lot of preparation and practice. My first advice would be to join a good coaching institute for this purpose. Slowly you will have to start planning and doing your self preparation.
The coaching classes are but essential for giving the roadmap.

BFS program is as good as PGDM here. All the finance related courses will be offered as core courses. In first year you will even have courses related to HR and marketing but main focus of these courses will be on banking sector.

Be updated with the current affairs, especially in business, politics and related issues of national interest. Know your CV/application form inside-out. Answer the questions asked confidently and with a gentle smile. It's completely alright if you're unable to reply to all the questions, but never lie.
