The college has a dedicated placement cell that actively facilitates internships and job placements. Internship requirements include a year-long internship at the college itself, focusing on Ayurvedic practices, as well as a second internship at various hospitals, where students gain experience in allopathic practices. The B.Pharma placements are average in Ishan Institute of Pharmacy. Compared to the Tier 2 ranking, it definitely is acceptable. They mention pharmaceutical company collaborations and campus placement drives for students, so there will be pharmaceutical sales, quality control, drug manufacturing, and retail pharmacy for graduates. Most placements are entry-level, but sometimes higher placements may ask for additional qualifications or experience.Placement rates and job packages are also not that good as compared to those of Tier 1 colleges. However, the institute provides fairly good opportunities, especially for those who plan to begin their career paths in healthcare and pharmaceutical.
