ITM University Gwalior does not have a strict dress code policy for students. However, students are expected to dress appropriately and maintain a decent appearance. At ITM University Gwalior, the CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) is calculated by averaging the grade points obtained in each course over the duration of the program. The grade points are calculated based on the marks obtained in each course and the corresponding grade point value assigned to that grade. The grade point value for each grade is as follows: - A+: 10- A: 9- B+: 8- B: 7- C+: 6- C: 5- D: 4- F: 0 The CGPA is calculated by dividing the total grade points obtained by the total number of credits attempted. The credits are assigned based on the number of hours of instruction per week for each course. The CGPA is an indicator of the overall academic performance of a student.

If a student fails in the internal exams at ITM UNIVERSITY they may have to reappear for the exam in the next semester or academic year.
