After clearing the backlog that you have, you can get admissions easily in any of the b schools. For getting admissions in any of the b schools not specifically ITM Chennai you need to give the entrance exam first like CAT MAT or any of the entrance exam. Then you need to clear the GD PI and then. You will be cleared to get an admission in ITM Chennai. ITM Chennai is a good college. Also, while giving the entrance exam the minimum criteria for clearing is 50-60% then only you will be considered for the GDPI.

ITM-Navi Mumbai is good for finance. The average package goes to 6 LPA and the highest goes till 8 LPA which is better if you see the fees structure and let me tell you in finance your package once you get selected increases rapidly comparing other fields. Both the colleges are good for different specializations. ITM is a very good college for marketing and SIES is a very good college for Finance. So it totally depends upon you that which specialisation you are willing to opt. Placements are good in both the colleges. The average package in ITM for marketing is 5-6 LPA, whereas, the average package in SIES for finance is 5-6 LPA.
