Your chances of being admitted to JKIAPT (Jawahar Lal Nehru Institute of Advanced Studies, Palwal) during JoSAA counseling with a JEE Mains rank of 70,900 depend on a number of variables, such as category, seat availability, and the institute's cutoff trends. The JKIAPT closing ranks in previous years have varied greatly amongst branches and categories. Check the most recent cutoffs and think about taking part in the counseling process; if the cutoffs match your rank, you may have a chance.

{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}Is it worth pursuing B.E./B.Tech at J.K. Institute of Applied Physics and Technology? Here's what current students and alumni think:* Pros: + Good faculty members who are knowledgeable and helpful + Relevant course curriculum, especially for GATE aspirants + Industry connections and placement opportunities + Decent infrastructure and facilities, including Wi-Fi, air-conditioned classrooms, and libraries + Good opportunities for internships and research collaborations* Cons: + Teaching methods could be improved + Limited exposure to industry practices and expectations + Placement record varies depending on the course and student performance + Not ideal for those seeking off-campus placements* Opportunities: + Competitive environment, with around 40% of students getting placed annually + Opportunities for students to pursue higher studies and research + Exposure to extracurricular activities and cultural events + Possibility of securing good rankings in GATE examinationsOverall, while J.K. Institute of Applied Physics and Technology has its strengths and weaknesses, it appears to be a suitable option for students interested in pursuing a B.E./B.Tech degree, particularly those focused on GATE preparations and research. However, students must be prepared for the challenges mentioned above and consider whether the institute aligns with their individual goals and aspirations.

First of all, everything good about this college is in the past. Anyone who is in this college right now knows this very well. So whatever good you have read just know it's gone now.In terms of experience this college is the most unique you'll witness as this is a department of politics, basically represents current Indian government itself. You won't learn anything here from teachers so you're free to learn anything on your own. Nil placement, nil opportunities to go outside, no support from administration. Every student who has ever achieved anything here does so on his own virtue. You probably can go to a good college if you've a rank around this college so please do that otherwise you'll remember reading this post and cursing yourself.Remember my words, “Anything that can go bad in JK, goes bad in JK.” Also they have a * year back system, I've seen so many students lives being played with and wasted in this college because of this system. If you fail here, you fail for an entire yearThere are a few good things, you learn how bad things can get in college as every vice and sickness exists here and this will smarten you up a lot socially and politically. No classes stress and hence prepare for whatever you wish to.
