There are scholarships provided on merit as well as need-basis criteria along with other eligibility requirement sometimes. Along with this, there are different schemes prevailing with both the state and central goverments towards students that handsomely render financial support to the right persons. It would be advisable for interested students to make contact with the administration or website of the college for information on scholarships, the application process and the other requirements. This would give them an opportunity of getting informed about the different scholarship opportunities and chances for a full scholarship.
