For general it is not possible but yes there are some chances for ews category as it is added newly there may be some chances to get CSE there.

Yes, you can get admission in jec as your obc rank is 27935 .you may also get a good branch .so don't worry just improve your jee rank in April attempt .All the best for jee main 2.
