It will depend on which branch you want and what is your category. If you have some reservation like SC/ST then you can easily get JEC.

Yes, you are eligible to get admission in JEC but you will have to crack CEE.

Yes, you can do mechanical Engineering but I prefer you to go with aeronautical because there are lots of scope in it.
