There are totally 8 sessions which will be conducted with the industry mentor and faculty mentor will be assisting you throughout the course. IFIM is now offering Social Immersion Program. Most of the B-schools are now trying to make sure that the students get an exposure of what actually are the social barriers and conditions of common man because they are going to be future manager and they are equally responsible for the society. IFIM will always take it's first step when it comes to society, values and is sensitive to the changes in Economy.

Greetings Suresh! PGDM Marketing is very good as we have renowned professors who teach marketing. Every year many marketing students join too. Marketing as well as many other streams get exposed to many live projects which gives you a practical exposure. Marketing comes under PGDM general and IFIM is very well known for marketing . Many FMCG companies comes to recruit. Companies like Britannia, p&g and many more companies come for recruiting. Average package is around 6.5 lakhs

We have PGDM general where there are streams like marketing, operations, hr , finance, and we also have PGDM finance which is a core subject. Lots of activities are there, we've both industry mentor and professor mentor for 10 students per group. There's a subject called pep (personality enhancement program) which helps students to enhance their presentation skills, public speaking, writing and email skills and also many physical activities like gym, lap sessions which include running, Fireman's lift, Throw ball, handball and other fun activities. 1. Personality Enhancement Program, 2. Industry Internship Program, 3. Mentorship and 4. Social Immersion Program.
Internship is for 4months, for which companies come and recruit students for both internship and placement. Most of the students intership will be converted to Placement. MOCK GDPI and aptitude tests are held in campus in order make the students aware of the requirements of the corporate and also prepare them for their future.
