No, you cannot join Jai Hind College without an entrance exam for certain courses. The admission process varies depending on the course:For aided courses like BA, admission is based solely on merit, i.e., marks secured in the 10+2 qualifying exams. No entrance exam is required.For unaided courses like BSc IT, there is a separate college entrance test in addition to the basic eligibility criteria of minimum 60% marks in 12th with Maths as a compulsory subject. The admission is based on merit in this entrance test.For BCom, the eligibility is 70% marks. If you are from a minority Sindhi community, the eligibility is 60%. However, the admission process is now based on an entrance exam.
