Application for admission should be submitted in the prescribed format at the college office for acceptance of application. Jai Hind College has provision for online application on the website but hard copies need to be submitted for verification.The University of Mumbai has made it mandatory for all candidates to fill in the ‘Pre Admission Online Registration Form’ which is available on the University's website. The steps involved in the process are as follows:Step 1.1: Visit the Jai Hind College official website and register by entering basic details.Step 1.2: Login with the user ID and password generated during the registration.Step 1.3: Select the BA or BA in Advertising and Journalism and start filling out the application form.Step 1.4: Upload the documents.Step 1.5: Payment of the application fees.STEP 2: Selection CriteriaAdmission into the autonomous degree course of the Institution will be based on merit (Class 12 examination aggregate). Students who have passed the Class 12 exam from Boards other than the Maharashtra State Board are required to apply for a Provisional Eligibility Certificate through the College at the time of admission. The final step of admission is to pay the Jai Hind College BA fees.

The average package offered is INR 2 Lacs to INR 4 Lacs per year. Almost 80-90% students get chance to do internship.Infrastructure of this college is very good.Teachers are really very helpful. They are very well qualified. Even many teacher has done PhD.Our college had the highest number of fests amongst all the colleges in Mumbai. It provided students with an opportunity to improve their communication skills and shape their personality.
