The Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET) at Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore, offers a fee refund policy based on the reason for cancellation and on when the cancellation request is submitted. There is a clause that states “Should a student leave after joining the course and if the seat consequently falling vacant has been filled by another candidate by the last date of admissions, the Institution must return the fee collected with proportionate deductions on a monthly fee and proportionate hostel rent, wherever applicable” by UGC regulation F. No 6-1(7)/2006(CPP-I). The documents you need are:Original receipt of the fee paid and the other documents.Account numbers are needed as telephonic or courier / postal communication will not be accepted for the refund process.If the classes have started the refund will not be processed.
