In my opinion, IILM is far better than Jaipuria College.
As in terms of faculty, students and more important placement.
IILM average is around 5 lacs which is pretty good.

As far as studies are concerned, it is a very good college in academics. All the subjects are taught keeping in mind the industry trends. No spoon feeding is there. Now talking about the placements, JIM-Noida is famous for bringing in the marketing companies for placements.
