School of Law, approved by Bar Council of India was established with a view to cater to the requirements of the legal profession. Students from across the globe are being groomed here for a bright professional career by providing quality education giving equal importance to the theory as well as practical approach to hone the professional skills of advocacy. The School takes pride in its alumni who have made their mark as judicial officers, legal practitioners and corporate advisors and civil servants. Highlights of School of Law
1. Programmes approved by Bar Council of India.
2. Curriculum benchmarked against premier law schools. The curriculum is one of the best among the
premier law schools.
3. Equal importance is given to practical training along with theory papers to boost the confidence of students as and when they enter into Bar.
4. Honours degree in B.A. LL.B. Courses with certain specializations like International law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Constitutional Law and Practical training with Lawyers as part of the curriculum.
5. Regular interactions with eminent Jurists and well known Academicians in the field of law.
6. Innovative pedagogy- Case studies, Moot Courts, Seminars, Workshops and Mock Trials (Civil and
Criminal). Experiential Learning:
1. Regular Open House Discussions in order to generate awareness about contemporary issues to identify corresponding legal challenges and implications.
2. Role plays on different cases to develop skills for argumentation and have better understanding of judgments.
3. Internships of students with Judicial Officers, NGOs and Legal Practitioners.
4. Co-curricular activities to motivate the students to take initiative, to make decisions and be accountable for results.
5. Wide exposure through field Visits to Courts, State Commissions, NGOs, etc. Gives insight into social legal issues and challenges.
6.2 LPA by AYURKO was being availed by students last year 2019-20Numerous companies like Crescendo Group, Q In 1 etc. Were the part of the recruiters last year.
