No, your previous marks do not affect your admission process in top B school but condition is that you have to give your best in entrance exam of that B school with outstanding marks and pass their interview then only you can get admission if your class 12th marks are less. So, you have to prepare well for entrance exam. Moreover, Maths is not compulsory for business study, so you can prepare easily.
