As per my knowledge An MBA after BSc can give you a competitive edge over other graduates. It will also expand your career prospects by enabling you to explore better career opportunities and high-salaried packages across different sectors.
An MBA degree is prestigious as it is accepted worldwide. With more and more Universities including MBA courses in their curriculum, many students are opting for this valuable course. There are several types of MBA you can choose anyone depending on your criteria. Lots of careers are benefited by various types of MBA courses as it helps them gain additional knowledge and obtain a better pay package. An MBA degree imparts a strong theoretical foundation in business concepts, provides practical opportunities (via internships, group assignments and individual projects), builds hard-skills in the areas of management and leadership, polishes a range of soft-skills like communication, motivation and negotiation, opens up global opportunities for career growth, allows MBA students to start an independent business.

Hi, to answer your question first look at eligibility criteria for admission in MS at JBMIS
1- Candidates must have a recognised Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA. The minimum aggregate required for reserved category is 45%. Backward classes and Person with Disability (PwD) belonging to Maharashtra state also need a minimum of 45% aggregate.
2-Candidates must have studied Maths in the first year of Bachelor's or during higher secondary level schooling
So, looking at eligibility criteria we can say that your 12th marks doesn't matter to get admission here in MS (Finance). If you have passed your 12th and have min. 50% in your UG you are eligible for this course. Hope that helps !

No. It completely depends on how well you are doing your MBA course and your interview. Maybe sometime they will go through your overall academic profile.
