Admissions to JNEC for all of its offered courses is completely entrance-based. Students must clear the relevant entrance exam and obtain a valid score in order to secure a seat at the college. The college accepts national and state-level tests such as NATA, JEE Mains, PERA-CET, GATE, MHT-CET, etc. The college also accepts scores obtained in MGM-CET conducted by MGM University. However, preference will be given to the candidate obtaining a non-zero positive score in MGMU-CET over the candidates who obtained non-zero score in MHT-CET/ PERA CET.

The eligible students can follow the below-mentioned steps to complete the admission process of Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College:Step 1: Visit the official website of JNEC and register yourself. Post registration, fill out the application form and pay the application fee to submit the application successfully.Step 2: The selection is done on entrance-basis. The college accepts various entrance tests such as NATA, GATE, JEE Mains, MHT-CET and more. Candidates can alternatively also appear for MGMU-CET conducted by MGM University. The college will shortlist applicants on the merit they’ve secured in the specified entrance test.Step 3: Once shortlisted, candidates will have to pay the course fee and complete the remaining admission process to secure a seat at JNEC.
