JNGEC- the dream of every engineering students.
Placements: Placement in the civil engineering department is very poor. From our batch, only one guy was placed at Aimil India Limited. And we have the strength of seventy plus people, but no one got the placement, and no placements were held during 2021, and that's why there was poor placement in civil engineering.
Infrastructure: Hostels are very good, and the classroom is also very furnished and fitted with projectors and whiteboards. Wi-Fi facility is also there for the students, but there is a limit to their Wi-Fi usage. There are NSS and NCC clubs available. The food quality in the mess is not very good.
Faculty: College staff and teachers are very experienced and qualified. The staff is very good, and they help us whenever we need help from them. Yes, the course is relevant and good for the future. Semester exams are conducted by HPTU Hampirpur Exams are moderate-level and can be cleared through regular study.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in engineering. After completing the course, I can say that it should have more technical knowledge than theoretical. There are lot of scholarships for students from different categories, like post-graduate, etc.
