One of the major assets at Jaya Prakash Narayan College of Engineering (JPNCE) is its faculty, which is generally regarded as pretty much experienced-friendly. Many students have appreciated their faculty members for the broad-mindedness of their knowledge in their respective fields-both theory and practice. Faculty widely indulge in continuous learning development programs for the latest technology and engineering education.According to students, faculty members are approachable and provide quality academic support. However, students have added that sometimes regarding this student-faculty ratio personal attention suffers. Otherwise, the strong point of JPNCE is that its faculty is committed to the success of students in all forms and is also engaged in research and projects. In a nutshell, while the teaching faculty at JPNCE is competent, it has been recommended by some students that it would be better to have some more faculty members so that the teaching experience can be made better, especially as the students are increasing.

Food quality is acceptable, though there's room for improvement in hostel messes such as Jaya Prakash Narayan College of Engineering (JPNCE). The hostel also provides facilities for boys and girls with food prices that can be considered normal. A meal costs around INR 40 per meal, and reviews are mixed about it, but people say that the food is standard with students able to get a variety of dishes on normal price tags. Most students say it is affordable and quite enough for what they have, but some would want some more taste or variety. The overall infrastructure, including the dining facilities, is okay, and most students are satisfied with the basic quality of hostel food.
