The name of such companies includes Cognizant, Wipro, Google, TCS, and Infosys, but various departments in the college have different numbers and frequencies of recruitment. The highest salary could be somewhere between INR 14 to INR 15 Lacs during the last years; this salary was mostly for students in the Computer Science and Engineering branch. On average, the placements of many students range between INR 3 and 7 Lacs per year. The placement percentage varies according to the course and the performance of students; overall, it can be stated to be reasonably good with approximately 50 to 80 percent of students getting placed.Students from branches such as Civil or Mechanical can have fewer opportunities in comparison to those from Computer Science or IT. Therefore it is important to have a good academic career along with the training and preparation activities.
