Apart from this, one should have good communication skills, good personality, adaptable to all weather conditions and can work for both shift day and night.
Age: Should be between 18 years and 29 years
Height: 152 cm and above
Weight: In proportion to the height but not less than 50kg.
These are general standards it may vary from airline to airline.
Salaries. The entry-level monthly salary packages for cabin crew in the domestic sector range from Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 while for foreign airlines, it is between Rs 45,000 and Rs 1.3 lakh. For the ground staff, salary ranges between Rs 8,000 and Rs 15,000 for freshers.

The pay scale of cabin crew begins from Rs. 25000 - 35000 per month initially.
Their wages are paid with an extra amount of money for every hour that they fly extra than the minimum requirement for the month- about Rs. 600-800 per hour.
