If you are applying through the general category, then it may be difficult to get in SPA. You may get admission in NIT.
5 years ago I've got 88 percentile in JEE Mains Paper-2 Mains exam, can I get a B.Arch seat in any NIT or SPA under OBC category?

For admission in B.Arch, you need to have 50% marks in 10+2 examinations with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. You also need to appear for JEE Main.
