As per the last year of trends of SPA Delhi, The closing rank in B.Arch course for open category was 768. So you have to score above 99.32 percentile in JEE Main Paper-2 for getting admission here.

Yes, 75% board marks is compulsory for admission in any all india level government colleges. But you keep in mind that it's for only General caste students not others castes. If you belonging from others castes then you need 65% board marks
